I’m a multidisciplinary creative lead with nearly two decades of experience across design,
video, web, and brand strategy. I lead a small, high-output team, guiding creative strategy
and execution across campaigns, storytelling, and enterprise initiatives.
 

As a leader, I believe in giving my team the space to explore, the structure to succeed, and
the feedback to grow. I lead with intention — blending vision with trust, direction with
empathy, and collaboration with care. I also serve as a cross-functional communicator —
aligning messaging, shaping tone across departments, and helping translate strategic goals into creative clarity.
